Be honest, how many of these have you shrugged off

We let things slide because calling a lawyer feels like too much

A retainer, a meter running, a bill for a question that takes five minutes. So we drop it. We eat the cost, we avoid the fight, and we tell ourselves it was not worth it. Most of the time, it was.

The bill you knew was wrong

An overcharge, a warranty they will not honour, a contractor who did half the job, a deposit you never got back. Too small to fight alone, so you let it go. A letter from a law firm changes the answer.

Your kid and a problem at school

Bullying that the school keeps brushing aside, an accommodation they will not put in place. You want to know your rights and your options, and sometimes you want a lawyer's letter behind your request.

The neighbour dispute that will not end

A fence on the wrong line, a tree, noise, a shared driveway. You do not want to start a war, you just want it handled properly. Advice and a calm, firm letter often settle it.

The Will you both keep putting off

You know you need one. Your spouse needs one. Every year you mean to, and every year the cost and the hassle stop you. This is the year it finally gets done.

Your child heading to university

First lease, first roommate, first time dealing with a landlord or a problem far from home. They are still covered under your plan, so they have a lawyer to call too.

You are the one renting

A deposit held back, repairs ignored, a lease clause that does not seem right, a notice you are not sure is legal. Get advice before you sign and backup when you need it.

Do the math we all avoid

What finally handling all of it would cost by the hour

These are typical Canadian lawyer fees for the everyday matters most families keep putting off. The bills add up fast, which is exactly why we keep shrugging them off in the first place.

Your Will and your spouse's Will alone can cost more than a full year of membership. Add one letter or one consult and the plan has already paid for itself, with the whole rest of the year still ahead of you.

What you actually get

A dedicated law firm for your family, on a flat monthly fee

You are matched with a vetted provider law firm in your province. Lawyers who average more than twenty years of experience, reachable for the everyday things you used to handle alone or not at all.

Unlimited advice and consultation

Call about any covered personal legal matter, as often as you need, with no per call bill. Pre existing matters included, plus up to an hour of legal research per matter.

Worth $300 to $500 per call

Your Will and estate documents

Get a lawyer prepared Will, Living Will, and Power of Attorney handled as part of your plan, for you and your spouse, instead of paying hundreds each to set them up.

Worth $500 to $1,500

Letters and calls on your behalf

When a landlord, dealer, school, or company needs to hear from a lawyer, your provider firm sends the letter or makes the call on their letterhead. That alone often ends it.

Document review before you sign

Have your leases, agreements, and the fine print read so you understand what you are committing to, before it becomes a problem you cannot undo.

Worth $300 to $600 each

2

Get matched to a law firm

You are connected with a vetted provider law firm in your province that handles the kind of personal matter you are dealing with.

3

Use it for the next thing

The bill that is wrong, the Will you have put off, the school, the neighbour, the lease. Call, ask, and stop letting it slide.

Before you ask

The questions families ask first

Is this insurance?

No. It is a legal services membership. Instead of paying a lawyer by the hour, you pay a flat monthly fee for access to a provider law firm for a wide range of covered personal legal matters.

What counts as a personal legal matter?

Most everyday issues are covered by the standard member benefits, things like consumer disputes, contracts, family matters, estate documents, and landlord questions. If a matter is more complex than the standard benefits, your provider firm can still help at 25% off their normal hourly rate. Coverage varies by plan and province, so confirm the details on the plan page.

Are my kids really covered, even away at university?

Yes. The Personal Plan covers your dependent children, including full-time students who live away from home, generally up to age 26. Check the plan page for the exact eligibility wording.

Can they really prepare our Will?

Yes. A lawyer prepared Will, Living Will, and Power of Attorney are part of the plan for you and your spouse. Some advanced plans also include annual reviews and updates.

What about the school or neighbour situation?

You can speak with your provider firm to understand your rights and options, and where appropriate have a letter sent on your behalf. For anything beyond the standard benefits, you keep the 25% discount on additional work.

Can I cancel?

Yes, under the terms of your membership. Review the cancellation terms on the plan page so you know the process before you enrol.

Stop shrugging off the things that matter

The bill, the Will, the school, the lease. None of it gets smaller by waiting. Put a law firm in your family's corner today.
